Many cities have local service clubs that offer community engagement opportunities, such as Rotary Clubs.

    The Brighton Optimist Club actively participates in various fundraising and community service projects.  All projects are focussed on the youth of the community.

  • Zonta Club of Brighton-Howell

    Zonta International currently has 29,000 members in 63 countries working together to improve the lives of women and girls. Our goal is to empower women throughout Livingston County through service and advocacy projects.

  • Community Connect

    Event held annually on the first Saturday in February at 2|42 Community Church (Brighton). Volunteers needed from 10am–1pm to greet guests and connect them to needed resources such as food, clothing, health screenings, legal assistance, haircuts, and more.

    Located in Brighton, MI, Bountiful Harvest serves the entire Livingston County, providing individuals in need with resources including groceries, clothing, laptops, and access to employment agencies.

    Brighton Center provides opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.
