Many cities have local service clubs that offer community engagement opportunities, such as Rotary Clubs.

  • Johnson City Rotary

    Rotarians have worked to raise funds and completed some site work during this project. Rotary Station will serve as both a resting place for users, and as an educational spot where teachers can conduct outdoor classes.

     Locally, regionally, nationally and worldwide, we serve the blind, deaf, sick and handicapped.  The Lions Club is people of good will banded together to serve their fellow man in ways which, individually, we could not do alone. It is a cooperative effort:  We share the load so that the load of the less fortunate will

    Tiny Miracles Kitten Rescue is a fully foster-based, 501(c)(3) neonatal kitten rescue located in Johnson City, TN. The organization’s mission is to save the lives of vulnerable kittens under six weeks old, those most at risk of euthanasia in local shelters, and to support spay and neuter initiatives that reduce unwanted litters and prevent future suffering.
