Volunteers are needed Monday through Friday from approximately 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. to set-up and serve meals (we have a paid cook during the week) and then to clean up the dishes and kitchen area after the meal is finished. • Frederick Health

Each month, hundreds of caring individuals come to Frederick Health Hospital to volunteer. And while it may appear they are helping others by volunteering, they are also helping themselves.
