| About | The Wicomico County Health Department (WiCHD), established in 1929, has been dedicated to enhancing public health in Wicomico County, Maryland. In 1922, public health services for Wicomico County were managed by a tri-county unit overseeing Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties. This arrangement continued until 1929, when Wicomico County established its own health department. |
