Typical Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities: Momentum Center Instructor Instruct a class or workshop for our members (Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly) Examples: Yoga, Meditation, Exercise, Cooking, Making Soap, Life Skills, Job Skills, Crafts, Baking, Nutrition, Journal Writing, etc. Momentum Center Volunteer Assist with activities or outings (Daily, Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly) **CPR/First Aid and Recipient Rights Training Required** Activity Examples: Bingo, Crafts, Social Hour, Member Lunches, Birthday Parties, Baking, Cooking, Walking, etc. Outing Examples: John Ball Zoo, Frederik Meijer Garden, Bowling, Nature Center, Grocery Outing, Festivals, Concerts, Whitecaps Baseball Games, etc. Contact the organization to explore other possible ways to work together. |

We know that there are a lot of ways you can spend your time and a lot of worthy causes out there to support.
