About

South Community Food Pantry began as an outgrowth of St. Joseph’s Kitchen in the 1990s — 12 emergency bags of groceries were available after the weekly meal. The need grew, and today it is the largest food pantry distribution in Berkshire County, serving over 1,000 families each week.
