Here are places to learn more or that may show current needs. Typical Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities: River House Volunteer Volunteers are an important component of River House, Inc. They can help by transporting clients, answering phones, providing personal support to clients, helping with clerical work, caring for children, keeping inventory of donations and assisting with general housekeeping. Prior to becoming a volunteer, individuals participate in a training program that includes education about domestic violence, sexual assault and the mission, values and services of River House, Inc.
