Here are places to learn more or that may show current needs. Typical Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities: Operations Director This is a part-time volunteer position requiring 8-12 hours per week. Reporting to the Board of Directors, and working in tandem with the Executive Team, the Operations Director will have overall operational responsibility for the Milwood Commons’ organization, its initiatives, its partnerships, and the execution of its mission. Development Director This is a part-time position requiring 8-12 hours per week. Reporting to the Board of Directors, and working in tandem with the Executive Team, the Development Director will have overall marketing and development responsibility for the Milwood Commons’ organization, its initiatives, its partnerships, and the execution of its mission. Volunteer & Intern Program Director This is a part-time position requiring 8-12 hours per week. Reporting to the Board of Directors, and working in tandem with the Executive Team, the Volunteer & Intern Program Director will have overall responsibility for the volunteers and interns for the Milwood Commons’ organization and the execution of its mission.
