Volunteer in Interfaith Hospitality Network of Somerset County

Emergency Shelter Component: Client families receive shelter meals transportation basic needs case management advocacy and referral. Families are sheltered at interdenominational congregations throughout the County and have access to the Flynn Day Center in Somerville which is open 7 days per week. Sunrise House: This is the transitional living component of IHN/SC. Two families who have prepared themselves for independence in our emergency shelter but are stalled by their search for permanent affordable housing reside here. Phase 2 Transitional Support: IHN/SC offers 18 months of continuing case management and support to clients once they have reached permanent housing.
