Harbor House is the singular agency in Outagamie and Calumet Counties committed to the awareness and prevention of domestic abuse, located in Appleton, with additional programs at our Calumet County Outreach office in Chilton. As passionate advocates, we constantly seek to start, drive, and shape the conversation around domestic abuse and the services needed to break the cycle. We do everything in our power to keep individuals and families safe through knowledge and connection.
Our vision is to have our community fully educated and engaging in healthy relationship actions, so our whole community can be safe, respected and free of domestic and sexual violence.
