Volunteer in Habitat for Humanity of Dalton-Whitfield & Murray, Inc.

We are a non-profit organization that serves low income families in our community to help build their own home. Our mission is to bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Each family that applies for a home has to go through a family selection process that involves their need for housing, willingness to partner, and ability to pay. Selected homeowners, alongside volunteers, help build their house. We also help individuals and families in Dalton with our Hand-Up Repair Program; we often help construct decks, wheelchair ramps, and other exterior projects for those who already own their own home and are in need.
