We provide Hospice Care to individuals who have life-limiting illness with a life expectancy of six months or less, and who have chosen to focus on comfort care over treatment. We work with the patient and family to develop a plan of care specific to their disease and individual needs. We are seeking compassionate volunteers who want to share some of their time and talents to help our patients and their families who are dealing with end-of-life issues. Hopice Volunteers can provide Companionship, Emotional support, socialization, respite for caregivers. Veteran to Veteran opportunities.
