Delmarva Community Services, Inc. (DCS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, and those living in poverty across Maryland’s Eastern Shore and Delaware. Established in May 1974 as the Dorchester Developmental Unit, DCS began as an adult day care center in Cambridge, Maryland, with the goal of helping clients maintain an independent lifestyle within their community.
