| About | Founded in 1998 by hospice nurse Kathy Panepento, who is still at the heart of our mission, we have cared for over 550 residents. Our goal is to assist our residents to live their best life until their last breath, and to walk beside their family members as they prepare to say good-bye. We tend to the physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs of those we care for, and we hope to inspire others to reach beyond themselves to find meaning in their lives by helping others. |
