About

For over 50 years, since its establishment in 1971, Carroll County Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) has been the leading volunteer network for individuals aged 50-plus in our area. Our dedicated volunteers contribute a rich tapestry of talents, experience, skills, and hobbies to vital community initiatives, organizations, and agencies seeking committed support.

Recognizing the diverse needs and availability of our volunteers, Carroll County RSVP offers complete flexibility in choosing how, where, and when to serve, with time commitments ranging from just a few hours to up to 20-30 hours per week. RSVP’s foundation lies in the spirit of the Older Americans Act, a federal law advocating for the wellness of individuals aged 60 and above through tailored services and programs.
