The mission of The Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative is to serve as a catalyst for positive change, to empower and advance women of all ages in all aspects of their lives. The Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative is a multi-faceted community based organization in Stroudsburg, PA established to build a multitude of relationships fashioned to enhance “the womanly Experience”. Metamorphosis uses a holistic approach to address the whole woman by directly addressing each individual’s specific needs, concerns and issues, introducing them to and supporting them in endeavors resulting in personal, economic and professional growth. The completion of their transformation in The Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative will result in changes in their lives and communities creating healthier environments for themselves and their families. As a newly formed organization, celebrating our 1st anniversary, We have established four foundational stones ( Food Security, Mental Health, Job Readiness, and Healthy Lifestyle) used to create each clients personal strategic plan for their success.
