| About | The PEARSON Foundation’s mission is to provide programs and activities that add value to peoples’ lives so that their lives are positively transformed. The PEARSON Foundation was founded in 2000 by a group of community-minded change makers. Those individuals noticed a need in Central Mississippi, surveyed various areas, and decided to create programming to work with historically disadvantaged communities within the area. The aim was to provide activities that enrich and strengthen the academic experiences of impoverished client children and their families while at the same time, monitoring program activities to ensure their effectiveness. The original intention of the PEARSON Foundation is still the intention today. |
