| About | Horizons Edge Sports Campus exists to be the premier place for the Valley to play. For us that means putting our best foot forward on and off the field. Our vision to reach peak performance here at the Edge is summarized by our pillar acronym: C.R.E.S.T. These pillars guide our programming, facility, training, and growth decisions by giving our team a go-to framework of what we value here at the Edge. As sports and recreation professionals, we know sports and events cultivate a community of doers – so we decided to take these values to the next level by assigning “We Action” statements to each one. These actions represent the standards to which we hold ourselves, but more importantly, our larger Edge community. At Horizons Edge Sports Campus: 1. We create an inclusive and welcoming community where the Valley comes together to form authentic and lasting connections. 2. We cultivate a culture of respect and kindness towards one another that extends beyond the Edge. 3. We go above and beyond to provide exceptional and memorable guest experiences. 4. We create a supportive environment with a focus on safety, health, and wellness for the holistic growth of our community. 5.
