GOOD SAMARITAN HEALTH CLINIC CULLMAN   The Mission of Good Samaritan is to deliver sustainable, long-term healthcare and all-around wellness to the uninsured members of our Community.   WHO WE SERVE We offer primary health and wellness care to uninsured individuals between the ages of 19 and 65 in need of a medical home who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer dental extractions, mental health counseling, hearing evaluations, vision care for high risk individuals, and social services.
