Foster Hope New York is devoted to empowering children and families in the foster care system by providing critical resources, fostering community connections, and advocating for their well-being. Our mission is to ensure that every child in foster care feels supported and valued through access to essentials like clothing and school supplies, as well as emotional support for caregivers. By building a compassionate network through our Foster Closet and support groups, we aim to create lasting, positive change in Central New York’s foster care community.

Foster Hope New York is a Syracuse-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting children and families navigating the foster care system. We are a volunteer-driven team passionate about meeting the unique needs of foster children and their caregivers, operating a donation-based Foster Closet and hosting monthly support groups. Our organization collaborates with local communities and businesses to provide resources and advocacy, striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
