Together with our partners, both public and private, Brick Capital endeavors to bring the best in housing, commercial and environment development and education to better the lives of those in our community that are the least well-endowed financially. Brick Capital is a HUD Housing Counseling Agency. Our Housing Counselor assists families with their housing needs including homeownership, foreclosure prevention and rental needs. Brick Capital’s development staff secures financing and builds housing for persons with disabilities, victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. The management team keeps our housing save and affordable.
This challenging effort is ongoing and ever-changing, which is why Brick Capital, first and foremost, keeps its relationships with community residents, city, county and state staff, elected officials, for-profit and nonprofit organizations, educational entities and businesses open, engaging, and acting cooperatively for the common purpose.
