About	The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support and research. The Minnesota-North Dakota Chapter is one of seven founding chapters of the national Alzheimer’s Association, headquartered in Chicago. Our Chapter began in 1979 when family caregivers came together around a common need of getting support and help for their loved ones with dementia.
