Central Delaware Housing Collaborative consists of one emergency shelter (House of Hope) and two transitional houses. Clients are referred to House of Hope through the Housing Alliance or the State of Delaware. From here clients have the opportunity to move into a transitional house if a spot becomes available and they are willing. While in the program clients are offered case management as well as access to basic living necessities. Sicne opening House of Hope has serviced over 200 clients.
