| What we do | TrueNorth’s Center for NonProfit Housing (CNH) offers comprehensive support to homeowners and future homeowners across Lake, Mason, Muskegon, Newaygo, and Oceana Counties. Our services include home repair assistance for low-income homeowners in Newaygo County, with funding available for essential projects such as roof, well, septic, furnace, and certain electrical repairs that address health and safety concerns. As a MSHDA and HUD-Certified Counseling Agency, we provide one-on-one counseling and group workshops covering topics like mortgage delinquency, rental and homelessness resources, pre-purchase preparation, financial literacy, post-purchase management, and disaster relief. All our workshops are HUD-certified, offered free of charge, and available both in-person and virtually. |
