| About | Liberty Children’s Art Project (LCAP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit art enrichment organization for rural children founded in 1995. Classes are offered through LCAP in special school days, after school and summer art enrichment programs to children of all ages. Our programs reach underserved children in isolated areas that often have no other access to the arts. This opportunity empowers students through self-confidence and creative learning. |
