| Mission | To provide an atmosphere free from domestic and sexual violence in which survivors can recognize their options to have the opportunity to continue living violence free; to educate our community and systems that domestic and sexual violence is primarily against women and children, and is the result of an imbalance of power and control; to provide on-going prevention programs and services to reduce the incidents of physical and emotional abuse against partners and children, therefore creating a healthier environment. |

| How you help | The Volunteer Program of the Diane Peppler Resource Center has been, since the beginning, an integral part of the agency. We never would have grown so much or helped so many, without the daily support and kindness of our volunteers. Volunteers help organize events, man the booths and donate their time so that victims of assault and domestic violence have a chance to become survivors. There is always room for one more set of hands and heart. |
