Cadillac Area Backpack Program

The Cadillac Area Backpack Program (CABP) provides nutritious food items to elementary-aged children and Cooley High School students
who are at-risk of hunger when they leave school for the weekend and have no access to school meals. We pack every Thursday unless otherwise noted to volunteers.

About

In 1876 First Baptist Church of Cadillac was formed and first called “First Baptist of Clam Lake” back when the City of Cadillac was called the village of Clam Lake. It started with 7 people. Locally we have launched DivorceCare, DivorceCare 4 Kids, GriefShare, AWANA, Backpack, Kids Hope USA and added a full time youth pastor.
