| About | Reach One Teach One Uca is an Early Intervention Program that provides Chattanooga’s underserved youth ages 5 to 14 opportunities to gain insight into community and careers. They also provide tutoring, school supplies for kids in need, and even have boys and girls youth basketball teams. Having served time in federal prison, Executive Director Reginald Yearby’s personal life mission is to help, in his words, “heal the community he tried to poison.” |
