    The Rotary Club of Council Bluffs Centennial is a service-oriented organization based in Council Bluffs, Iowa, committed to the Rotary motto “Service Above Self.”  They meet in person on Wednesdays at 7:00 a.m. at the Hy-Vee Community Room (1745 Madison Avenue).  Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month; if there’s a fifth Wednesday, they sometimes hold a social event.
