Partners Ending Homelessness (PEH) is a non-profit organization that was established in 2010 to coordinate local efforts, increase advocacy, ensure accountability, and provide administrative oversight for the Guilford County Continuum of Care (CoC). The agency’s role with the CoC underwent changes in 2017 and again in 2021. Currently, Partners Ending Homelessness serves as the Coordinated Entry Lead Agency and the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Lead Agency for the Guilford County CoC. Our agency provides coordinated entry assessment services, facilitates the referral of clients to available housing programs, and connects community members with various resources. While Partner Ending Homelessness is not a housing provider, we serve as a bridge to connect people experiencing homelessness with housing providers and – when possible – landlords and property management companies.
