About

The Randolph County Family Resource Network (FRN), established in the 1990s in Elkins, West Virginia, is a non-profit organization created to address local community needs. We partner with community members, public and private organizations to provide resources, promote economic development, and raise awareness about issues like Alcohol & Tobacco Prevention, Child & Family Well-being, and Poverty Prevention. By conducting surveys, offering training, and fostering partnerships, we connect residents to essential services and programs, continuously evaluating our efforts to ensure positive community impact.
