Our mission is to engage students in the highest quality learning, preparing them for responsible, productive citizenship while inspiring excellence for a lifetime. At Landon Middle School, we strive to cultivate a passion for learning and equip our students with the skills they need to succeed in a dynamic, ever-changing world.

Landon Middle School is an inner-city middle school made up of 6th-8th graders in Topeka, KS. We have approx 60 employees who serve 450 students and families. Our school has a dual language program that teaches lessons in both Spanish and English for both native English-speaking students and native Spanish speakers in the same class. This is unique to Landon Middle School. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and approximately 63% of our families are economically disadvantaged.
