| About | Topeka Spay Neuter Project Inc. (TSNP) is an all volunteer run 501c3 organization, formed in 2014 with a primary goal of promoting spaying and neutering of the companion pets in our community. Our secondary goal to seek a variety of strategies to help reduce the number of pets entering our local shelter and rescue organizations.
Through collaborative effort with existing programs and promoting responsible pet ownership we can improve the lives of pets in our community. |
