| Mission | Our mission is to prepare young people to become ethical, responsible citizens by instilling in them the timeless values of the Scout Oath and Law, equipping them to make positive choices throughout their lives. We strive to deliver transformative programs that foster leadership, personal growth, and community engagement across the six counties we serve in Central and Northern New York. Through adventure, mentorship, and service, we aim to empower youth to shape a better future while celebrating inclusivity and the evolving spirit of Scouting. |
