| About | Parents as Teachers (PAT) is an international early childhood program. The program is designed to enhance child development through parent education accessible at no cost to families during the early years of development. The Harvey County PAT program is a part of the early childhood programs at Cooper Early Education Center. The program works with families who have young children prenatally to school entry, providing personalized visits, group connections, developmental screenings and resource networking. |
