Statement: The name Citizens of Hope Mentor Services, Inc, means “HOPE!” “Embodied within that hope is the fundamental belief in the potential of every person to be a force for good.” Mission: To be a model community program that connects individuals to support resources to obtain a better life. Purpose: To support and equip through mentoring presence, re-entry citizens to obtain a new life for themselves and their families. Goal: To train future mentors to be deterrents to unlawful behaviors, to promote public safety, and to reduce recidivism by 1% every 3 years.
