The Garland Hayward Youth Center (GHYC) is a nonprofit organization located in Princess Anne, Maryland, dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for youth. The center strives to intervene in the lives of young people through early identification and intervention, offering a place where they can interact with supportive adults and develop pro-social attitudes and healthy behaviors.
GHYC was established to address the need for structured after-school programs in the community. The center offers a variety of services, including homework assistance, tutoring, academic enrichment, character development, meals, recreational activities, and field trips. Operating Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, GHYC serves youth ages 5 to 17.
