Your Blood Donation Saves Lives. During the donation process, only one pint of blood is drawn. In average adults, there can be between eight to twelve pints of blood. Donate now! People in need may not live without it. We rely on the generous support of volunteer blood donations every day so we can respond to any local need or national disaster. The majority of our donations come from organized blood drives at businesses, schools, churches, and community centers.
