America Needs You (ANY) is a nonprofit organization that empowers first-generation college students by providing mentorship and intensive career development to improve college completion and employment rates and achieve academic and professional success. Founded in 2009 by Robert Reffkin, ANY addresses the barriers socio-economic status poses to education and career success. Initially based in New York, the organization expanded to New Jersey, Illinois, and California, mobilizing young professionals to mentor students and help them achieve economic mobility. Through its programs, ANY creates pathways for students to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
