Volunteer in People Against A Violent Environment (PAVE)

To empower those affected by violence in Dodge County, WI using a three part approach – crisis services, community collaboration, and prevention education.

Founded in 1978, PAVE (Protect, Advocate, Validate, Educate) is dedicated to supporting victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Over the past four decades, we have expanded our programs and services, but our commitment remains the same—ensuring that no one in Dodge County, or beyond, is forced into victimhood.

With the support of dedicated staff, selfless volunteers, and a compassionate community, we provide advocacy, education, and essential resources to those in crisis. In 1990, we opened our first domestic violence shelter, and in 2024, we expanded to a larger, fully accessible facility that offers a safe and therapeutic environment for survivors to heal.
