About

Joining AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers serving through RSVP may help you maintain and build social relationships, develop new skills and knowledge, allow you to keep using skills you have mastered, guide you to opportunities that have high impact in our community, and assist you in the transition to retirement.

We pair Americans aged 55+ with organizations making change in our community. RSVP partners with more than 30 local non-profit organizations (partner stations) to connect senior volunteers with community needs.

With us, you will choose how, where, and when you want to serve. Local AmeriCorps Seniors partner stations offer many service opportunities from annual event assistance, to ongoing weekly or monthly opportunities.

As an AmeriCorp Seniors RSVP volunteer, you will be eligible for program benefits that include transportation reimbursement, insurance coverage, and annual recognition.
