| About | Lakeshore Community Health Care (LCHC) strives to create communities where all people live healthy, active and prosperous lives. In September 2022, the Albrecht Free Clinic (AFC) transitioned its dental program to LCHC. For more than a year, the two organizations worked side by side at 908 Washington St. in West Bend. In January 2024, the AFC transitioned all patient care and operations to LCHC. This change provides more consistent, streamlined care to patients in a familiar location. |
