RESULTS Advocates are passionate about ending poverty and willing to raise their voice to improve health, education, and economic opportunity in the United States and globally. RESULTS volunteers build relationships with policy makers, effectively advising them on problems and solutions of poverty. Practically that means: meeting face to face with members of Congress and their staff, regularly communicating with congressional offices, publishing media in the local newspaper, and engaging the broader community in education and action. Volunteers receive in-depth training and support from RESULTS staff and leaders.
