CASA of Cecil County is one of the organizations in Maryland’s Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program. CASA programs, work to ensure every victim of child abuse and neglect, a right to grow up in safe and permanent homes. This mission is carried out through the efforts of professionally-trained volunteers, appointed by the court to speak up for the best interests of children who are under the protection of the courts.
